This shipping policy applies to all orders placed on our website. By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms stated below.

Order Processing

All orders will be processed within  2 business days after payment is received. Weekends and official holidays are excluded from processing time. Orders placed late in the day may be processed on the next business day. We reserve the right to pause or delay order processing due to inventory shortages, product quality inspections or unexpected situations beyond our control.

Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Time

We provide international shipping services to most countries and regions worldwide. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on product weight, package size and your delivery location.

Standard shipping to the United States generally takes 7 to 14 business days. Expedited shipping takes 3 to 7 business days. Standard shipping to Canada takes 10 to 18 business days, and expedited shipping takes 5 to 9 business days. For European Union countries and the United Kingdom, standard delivery takes 7 to 15 business days, while expedited delivery takes 4 to 8 business days. Standard shipping to Australia and New Zealand takes 10 to 20 business days, and expedited shipping takes 5 to 10 business days. For all other regions around the world, standard delivery takes 12 to 25 business days and expedited delivery takes 7 to 12 business days.

We offer free standard shipping for orders over 50USD. Free shipping only applies to eligible destinations and cannot be used together with other promotional offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a valid tracking number to your registered email address within  48 hours. You can check the real-time delivery status on the official website of the corresponding logistics carrier.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

All product prices and shipping fees do not include import duties, tariffs, sales taxes, customs clearance fees or any other related charges imposed by the destination country. The recipient of the package is fully responsible for paying all additional customs fees and taxes.

We strictly follow international trade rules and local regulations. All goods will be declared truthfully with accurate product information and value. We will not falsify documents or underdeclare goods for any reason.

Lost, Damaged or Delayed Packages

Estimated delivery times are for reference only and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays caused by customs inspection, bad weather, carrier operation failure, local holidays, strikes, public health events or other force majeure situations are beyond our responsibility, and we will not provide compensation for such delays.

If your package is confirmed lost by the logistics provider or there is no updated tracking information for more than 15 consecutive days, please contact our customer service. After verification, we will arrange a full refund or free reshipment for you.

If you receive damaged goods, please take clear photos of the outer package and defective products and contact us within 24 hours after delivery. We will negotiate a proper solution including partial refund, full refund or product replacement according to the actual situation.

Undeliverable & Returned Packages

If the package cannot be delivered successfully due to incorrect delivery address, invalid contact information, refusal to accept the package or unclaimed parcel, the package will be returned to us automatically. The buyer shall bear all return shipping costs and related restocking fees. If you need us to resend the goods, you will be required to pay for new shipping fees.

Prohibited Items

We will not arrange delivery for illegal products, counterfeit goods, dangerous goods, live creatures and any items prohibited by the laws and regulations of the destination country.
